Apart from a good range of shops this town features a lovely Flora Reserve where you could perhaps eat your take always, tourist information, a District Historical Museum, the Stockyard Gallery and regular markets. There’s also a 2km walk up to Mount Nicoll Lookout and other walks.
Sandy Point. (20 minutes’ drive from your cabin)
The main attraction here is the patrolled moderate surf beach, Boat hire is at Sandy Point, as is mini-golf.

This historic town features Agnes Falls, a Turbine Wind Farm, Bird Hide and Walking Trail in the RAMSAR International Wetland Site.
