Vouchers are valid for a massive 3 years (!) and can be used to book accommodation and buy our merchandise like wine, tea towels and coffee.
Coastal View Cabins’ Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift for any occasion, or to simply say “I love you” and “thank you”. They have proved popular for birthdays, Christmas, weddings, anniversaries, Mother’s and Father’s Day, or to just give someone a break from their busy and stressful lives.

Simply choose your amount, personalise your message and your Gift Voucher will be delivered to your inbox.
To Purchase a Gift Voucher.
Click on our Menu tab “Buy Gift Vouchers”.
Decide how much you would like the Voucher to be and click on “Add To Cart”.
Fill in the form and your Voucher will be processed, then emailed to you.
To Increase the Voucher’s Value.
Once you have chosen your first Gift Voucher, you simply select another and click “Add to Voucher 1”, this adds the 2 Gift Vouchers amounts together to create your total amount.
To Buy Multiple Vouchers.
Simply add other Gift Vouchers to your cart.
Gift Voucher Processing Time.
Gift Vouchers are normally emailed within 3 days. If you haven’t received your Gift Voucher after 3 days, please check your junk/spam folders. If it isn’t there please contact Mark at Coastal View Cabins.
To Redeem a Gift Voucher.
Do not use or access any other websites. Only use www.coastalviewcabins.com.au
Firstly decide which of the two types of cabin you would like to stay in, and when you would like to visit by checking availability of cabins on our web site .
Book direct on www.coastalviewcabins.com.au on the Availability & Book Now page. Select your date for the cabin type of your choice, then you must complete all required fields, including the Credit Card fields. Your Credit Card will only be accessed, at this stage, if your booking value exceeds your Voucher value.
Credit Card details are held as a security (until after your stay) against breakage, damage, theft or if there are additional cleaning costs per our Terms and Conditions.
You may choose to spend more than the value of your voucher. Your Visa or MasterCard will be automatically charged the amount that is greater than your voucher voucher.
Importantly in the “Comments” field please write “Gift Voucher” and your Voucher number.
The booking summary online shall show the full cost of your booking, but don’t worry your credit card will only be accessed if the total is in excess of your Voucher.
It’s that simple. Shortly after you book you will receive emails from us designed to ensure you have a wonderful time and confirm your booking details. Check your Junk/Spam folders if you haven’t received 3 emails within 3 days of booking.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.
Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue. It is up to the recipient to have stayed and used the full value of the Voucher before the expiry date. Vouchers will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date.
The Voucher is not valid for booking dates after the expiry date.
Bookings and enquiries must be made directly and only through Coastal View Cabins website, www.coastalviewcabins.com.au. Bookings are subject to availability and minimum stays.
The Voucher Number must be written in the “Comments” box when making a booking.
Coastal View Cabins Vouchers can only be redeemed on available bookings, accommodation, accommodation packages or Coastal View Cabins merchandise.
Coastal View Cabins Vouchers are not redeemable for cash for full amount or any unused balance.
If purchase exceeds available Voucher balance, recipients must make up the difference with another accepted payment method at time of booking. (Visa/MasterCard)
Vouchers are partially redeemable. Within the validity period it can be used to make any number of separate bookings up to the value of the Voucher. You may check available Voucher balance by sms, email or phone.
Contact Coastal View Cabins immediately if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your Voucher.
Vouchers are to be treated like cash; altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed, Coastal View Cabins does not accept any responsibility for these Vouchers.
Sorry no children/infants/ babies of any age. No Pets. No smoking in cabins.
